Your Rights and Obligations

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the uu8j platform to access betting, casino, and wallet services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's uu8j Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds, credited bonus funds, and unsettled winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or matched deposit awards issued to a Player by uu8j subject to wagering requirements and other conditions.
• "Platform" means the uu8j website, all associated mobile-accessible pages, game interfaces, live casino streams, and wallet management systems operated by the Company.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account with uu8j and uses any part of the Platform.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency in which all transactions on the uu8j Platform are denominated.

Access to and use of the uu8j Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. uu8j strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21. Age verification documentation may be requested at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and non-human legal persons are not permitted to hold Player Accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Submission of false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Each individual may hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Company reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of uu8j or any of its associated companies, partners, or game providers.
• You must access the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes and not on behalf of any third party.
• You confirm that depositing funds and engaging in gambling activities using your own funds is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. uu8j does not provide legal advice and it is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of your participation.

By completing the registration process, you warrant that all of the above eligibility conditions are met. uu8j reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport) and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. uu8j will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep these credentials secure.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.
• You must notify uu8j support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your Account.
• uu8j reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where unusual activity, suspected fraud, multiple login locations, or breach of these Terms is identified.
• Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting support. Closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their last-used withdrawal method, subject to verification.
• Inactive Accounts — those with no login or transactional activity for a continuous period of 12 months — may be subject to an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month, applied until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated.
• uu8j may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, limit, suspend, or permanently close any Account that is found to be in breach of these Terms or where continued operation poses a regulatory, reputational, or security risk to the Company.

All financial transactions on the uu8j Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The Company supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking (DBBL), and select Visa and Mastercard arrangements where applicable.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and Account tier; current limits are published in the Account cashier at all times.
• Deposits are credited to the Account Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. uu8j is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or network interruptions.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 24 hours for all other payment methods, subject to successful verification. First-time withdrawal requests require completion of identity verification before processing.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party payment source is identified, the deposit will be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless the Player requests an alternative method, which may require additional verification.
• uu8j does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside uu8j's control. Players are advised to review their payment provider's fee schedule.
• Where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime, it reserves the right to freeze Account funds, request additional documentation, and report the matter to relevant authorities without prior notice to the Player.

uu8j offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, as well as the general conditions set out below. In the event of conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money deposits and are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multiples are stated on each promotional offer page.
• Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, Bonus Funds must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited. Unclaimed or unexpired Bonus Funds are forfeited at expiry.
• uu8j reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account.
• Players who are found to be exploiting bonuses through abnormal betting patterns, hedging strategies, or coordinated multi-account activity will have their Bonus Funds forfeited and may have their Account closed.
• Promotional codes are single-use and tied to the Account for which they are issued. Sharing, selling, or transferring promotional codes is prohibited.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new registrations only, one per person, one per household, one per IP address, and one per payment method. uu8j uses technical measures to enforce this restriction.

All Wagers placed on the uu8j Platform are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published within the relevant game or market interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Wagers are final and binding once confirmed by the Platform. Cancellation of confirmed bets is not permitted except where the Company determines that a Wager was accepted in error due to a manifest technical fault or an obvious pricing error.
• In the event of a technical failure during a casino game session, the outcome of any interrupted round will be determined by the game's published rules and the Company's internal logs. The Company's records are conclusive in the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. Current limits are displayed in the relevant market or game interface at the time of Wager placement. Limits may be adjusted at the Company's discretion at any time.
• uu8j reserves the right to void any Wager, or part thereof, where there is evidence of match manipulation, insider information, collusion between Players, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of the event or game.
• Winnings arising from obvious errors in published odds — including but not limited to pricing errors, data feed malfunctions, or operator input errors that result in odds materially inconsistent with the genuine market — may be voided by the Company at its sole discretion. Affected Players will be notified and their stake returned.
• Cricket betting markets on uu8j cover BPL, IPL, ICC events, and international fixtures. In-play markets settle in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body. Abandoned or rescheduled matches follow the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uu8j Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence-assisted tools to place Wagers, exploit game mechanics, or bypass security measures.
• Opening multiple Accounts for the purpose of circumventing bonus restrictions, account-level stake limits, or identity verification requirements.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other financial crime purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including registration, verification, and withdrawal requests.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward uu8j staff, support agents, or other Players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or error conditions in Casino games or sportsbook markets to obtain financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and the relevant Account investigated.

uu8j is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players. The Company provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity and recognises its obligation to support Players who may be experiencing gambling-related harm.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Players may apply a session time limit to restrict the duration of each gambling session. The Platform will issue an alert when the session limit is reached and will automatically log out the Player if the session continues beyond the set threshold.
• Players may apply for a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 weeks, during which the Account will be temporarily suspended and all gambling activity prohibited. Cooling-off periods cannot be reversed once applied.
• Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the uu8j Platform may submit a self-exclusion request to support. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months. During self-exclusion, the Account is permanently closed and all marketing communications are suppressed.
• uu8j reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where internal monitoring identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, regardless of whether the Player has requested such measures.
• This Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Players who suspect a minor is using their Account must contact support immediately and change their Account credentials without delay.

All content on the uu8j Platform — including but not limited to the uu8j brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data compilations, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of uu8j or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes. No broader licence is granted.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from uu8j.
• Game content provided by third-party providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of those providers respectively and is licensed to uu8j for display on the Platform.
• Any unauthorised use of uu8j intellectual property may result in immediate Account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uu8j's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• uu8j shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform.
• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. uu8j makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.
• uu8j is not liable for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment network failures, natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

uu8j collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected by uu8j is used solely for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and communication with Players.
• uu8j does not sell, rent, or transfer Player personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to provide Platform services.
• Players have the right to request access to their personal data, request corrections to inaccurate data, and request deletion of data where no legal retention obligation applies. Such requests must be submitted to support in writing.

uu8j reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Where a change is material, uu8j will make reasonable efforts to notify Players via email or in-Platform notification at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect.

• uu8j may terminate these Terms and close any Player Account at any time, with or without cause, subject to returning any remaining real-money Balance to the Player via their last-used payment method after deducting any amounts legitimately owed to the Company.
• A Player may terminate these Terms at any time by closing their Account. Outstanding Wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules, and any resulting Balance returned to the Player.
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7 (Prohibited Conduct), 9 (Intellectual Property), and 10 (Limitation of Liability) — shall continue to apply following termination.
• These Terms are governed by the general principles of applicable law. The parties agree that any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be referred to uu8j's internal dispute resolution process, details of which are available via the FAQ page and through the support team.
